1. WHEN DOES THE PROGRAM START AND END?
We ask that you join us for Orientation Day on Saturday, April 7th, 2018, at 10am for approximately one hour while the staff gives you an explanation of what you can expect for the next 21 days. Your first workout will be Monday, April 9th. The final day for the program is Sunday, April 29th.
2. WHAT ARE LARGE GROUP TRAINING CLASSES?
These consist of bootcamp and piyo classes! Our Bootcamps are metabolic style trainings that allow for maximum caloric burn in the shortest amount of time. The 45-minute high energy workouts combined with aerobic and resistance training will have you coming back for more! PiYo, which is similar to pilates and yoga, introduces you to dynamic, flowing sequences that can burn serious calories at the same time as they lengthen and tone your muscles and increase your flexibility. Don’t be worried if you've never done anything like bootcamps or Piyo because we modify every exercise to fit each individual's needs!
3. WHAT ARE SPECIALTY TRAINING CLASSES?
Newly launched, these 30-minute small group classes (no more than 6 people per class!) focus on very specific styles of exercise. We have various classes ranging from focus on the core, to proper form education, and even a class to help you actively recover! Download our app, "Impulse Training," on your smart phone and view "Specialty30" under the top left menu to see the class descriptions and times.
With this 21 day program, you have up to 4 classes available, but these must be scheduled in advance and are based upon open availability. No walk-ins permitted.
4. WHAT IS THE SCHEDULE FOR LARGE GROUP TRAINING?
Monday: 6am, 9am, 6pm
Tuesday: 6am, 6pm (PIYO)
Wednesday: 6am (PIYO), 9am, 6pm
Thursday: 6am, 9am, 6pm
Friday: 6am, 6pm
Saturday: 7am, 9am
You may come to as many of these classes as you'd like during your 21 day program without pre-registering for the class time (just walk in!).
5. WILL I BE ABLE TO DO THESE CLASSES IF I'M OUT OF SHAPE?
YES! We have 22 to 72 year-olds ranging in all sorts of sizes and physical abilities. Some people who walk through our doors haven't worked out in years, while others are just looking to add a little something extra to their current workout regimen. Regardless, you can count on our highly educated trainers to modify any movement to your needs!
6. WHAT IS AN INBODY ASSESSMENT?
This non-invasive and pain-free 45-second test not only assesses your weight, but it also measures your fat, muscle and water levels to give the most accurate reading of your body composition. Results don't always show by the single number on the scale, so comparing your post 21 day challenge assessment to your assessment before beginning the challenge will give a greater perspective of how your body improved over the 21 days with all the hard work you did!
7. WILL I BECOME A MEMBER AFTER THE PROGRAM IS COMPLETE?
While there is no obligation to join as a member, our hopes are that we will help you see your full potential to living a healthy life during the 21 day program with us. We seek to educate, motivate and empower our clients to achieve positive and permanent life-changing results. If you feel we are the right fit for you by being a part of your health journey, we have several membership options for you to consider after the program!
